To promote the subdivision’s Declaration of Restrictions.
To provide for the maintenance of a high standard of architecture and general construction in such a manner as to enhance aesthetic properties and structural soundness of the Alpha Subdivision as a whole.
To adopt reasonable rules and regulations concerning committee conduct, hours of availability and necessary meetings.
To do such other things as are incidental to the purpose of the Corporation or necessary or desirable in order to accomplish them.
And any other lawful purpose necessary to comply with the Declaration of Restrictions.
